· About The Class ·
The structure of the class will start with taking the register in a circle, before getting ready for the dance warm-up. They will also play a couple of activity based games to get them focused. During the class, the Instructor will teach techniques in dance, followed by learning a dance routine. Each week, the children will learn a new section of the routine, which will then be showcased to parents at the end of each term. The class structure will help with friend building, as well as making them feel confident enough to want to do some solo dancing in group performances if they want to.
· Performances ·
Zoe’s Dance Company aims to work towards a dance performance after every school term, which will showcase all of the dance progression that the children have been working towards throughout the term. Parents/family members are invited to come and watch.

I have trained in all styles of dance since the age of 11, where I attended a Theatre School for all of my secondary years. I have since graduated with my HND in Performing Arts. Instead of going down the performing route, my heart is in teaching. My main priority is to always create a space for the children that feels safe, friendly, inspiring and fun. I am fully DBS checked, as well as being First Aid trained. I have been teaching dance to Reception, KS1 and KS2 (ages 4-11) for over 4 years and have been loving every minute of it, which has inspired me to start Zoe’s Dance Company.
