Dance Your Way to Fitness!
Forget boring workouts! This fun and friendly dance fitness class combines simple choreography with great music to help you improve your fitness while having fun.
Designed for beginners but suitable for all abilities, the class focuses on easy-to-follow routines that get your heart pumping and your body moving. You’ll burn calories, boost your mood and build confidence all while dancing.
The class features a commercial dance fitness style.
No experience required, no pressure, just lots of fun and a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

JOIN OUR AFTER-SCHOOL & LUNCH DANCE CLUBS!
Each week, children enjoy learning fun and energetic choreography to lively songs from much-loved musicals such as Matilda®, Encanto®, Annie®, Frozen®, Shrek®, Wicked®, The Greatest Showman®, The Lion King®, and many more. Alongside dancing, we incorporate interactive, activity-based games to keep sessions exciting and enjoyable.
Our young dancers are encouraged to express themselves through movement while building confidence, creativity, and teamwork in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
We are passionate about creating a space where every child can thrive, learn, and feel inspired, while developing a lasting love for both music and dance.
In addition to our school clubs, Zoe’s Dance Company also offers fun and high-energy dance party entertainment for children’s birthday parties. Parents looking for a professional dance teacher to lead their child’s celebration are welcome to get in touch via the email address below.

What we offer
Zoe’s Dance Company provides an After-School / Lunch Dance Club provision for Primary Schools based in North London.
Pupils will perform an end of term performance at the end of every Summer Term (July) and Autumn Term (December).
We also offer Adult Dance/Fitness classes based in North London.
Age Groups
Primary Schools - we teach pupils from Reception to Year 6. Clubs are split into age appropriate groups as follows:
Reception, Year 1 & Year 2.
Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6.
Our Adult Dance/Fitness Classes are aimed at individuals aged 18+.
Areas we cover
Zoe's Dance Company provides clubs in Primary Schools based in North London.
The areas of the schools we currently work at are in Mill Hill, Totteridge, Whetstone and Southgate.
Our adult dance classes are based in Whetstone.
Styles we Teach
We offer a Musical Theatre Dance Club and or Street Dance Club.
Our adult dance classes focus on commercial/fitness style.
MEET THE TEAM
Zoe Karp
Founder & Director of ZDC & Dance Teacher
Zoe's passion for the performing arts began at a Secondary Theatre School, where she gained experience performing on television and in a variety of dance productions. She went on to further her training by studying Musical Theatre. With extensive experience as both a performer and teacher, Zoe has developed a strong understanding of her craft. She is passionate about inspiring the next generation, creating a supportive environment where children can build confidence, develop their skills, and express themselves through dance.
Kayla Chesler
Dance Assistant
Kayla trained in musical theatre at ‘The Academy Watford’ between 2019 and 2024. Whilst training, she performed in the Young Performers Gala at the Shaftesbury Theatre in London West End. Kayla adores working with children, so is now training in Speech and Language Therapy and has over 4 years experience working with children, including SEN.
Abbie Swan
Dance Assistant
Abbie was a competitive Gymnast from ages 4-16 before transitioning to dance. She was accepted into the CAT programme, studying ballet and contemporary dance. During this time, Abbie taught dance, gymnastics, and other sports to children for four years. Abbie now studies dance at London Contemporary Dance School, where she trains in multiple different styles and areas of dance such as music, teaching and costume.
